For over 75 years, Burbank Temple Emanu El has continued to thrive and be a hub of Jewish life in Burbank and beyond.  Because of our dear members, BTEE has continued to grow. Ensuring our continued future is a collective responsibility and we need you!

​Planned gifts help to ensure the strength and continuity of Burbank Temple Emanu El (BTEE). A planned gift is one that is committed during a donor's lifetime naming BTEE as the beneficiary at the time of the donor's death. Please consider making a positive difference by creating your philanthropic legacy.  Give what you can and consider the following actions:

• Donate money from your estate: Commit to a specified amount to be paid out of your estate or trust in one lump sum. This can help BTEE provide endowment support or operational necessities.
• Make an estate gift of other assets: Please consider donating stocks, bonds, and other financial products that have grown in value since you first purchased them. This can make it possible to give a larger donation for less cost.
• Include BTEE in Your Will or Trust: An easy and flexible way to extend your support. You can agree to donate a specific dollar amount or leave a percentage of your assets from your estate. Typically something as simple as one sentence in your trust documents or will is all it takes to establish your gift.
• Donate Retirement Plan Assets:  By making a simple designation on your plan’s beneficiary designation form, you can save your loved ones from a significant tax burden while helping BTEE.
• Donate a Life Insurance Policy: You can donate a no-longer-needed policy or simply name BTEE as the beneficiary.
